秋下雅弘，日本东京大学医学院老年医学研究科教授。1985年毕业于日本东京大学医学部，曾历任哈佛大学研究员、杏林大学医学部副教授等职，现任东京大学医学部（老年病学）教授、东京大学医学部附属医院经理、日本高龄社会综合研究机构副机构长和老年病科科长等职，主要从事高龄者适当用药等方面的研究。已在Nature communications、Circulation、J Am Med Dir Assoc等多种期刊中发表SCI论文200余篇。
