研究方向:计算机辅助药物设计;药物化员工物学;

叶飞教授运用计算生物学和药物分子设计等理论模拟方法,结合化学和生物学实验验证平台,开展理论模拟驱动的创新药物研发、靶标动力学行为研究和药物作用机制研究。获中国科学院经理优秀奖,入选浙江省高层次特殊人才支持计划、首批浙江省高校领军人才培养计划青年优秀人才、太阳成集团tyc151cc 青年拔尖人才培养计划等人才项目,任《Frontiers in ChemistryTopic主编,APSBJMC等期刊审稿人。在科研方面,近年来主持国家基金2项,省部级项目3项,横向课题多项,作为项目骨干参与重点研发计划生物与信息融合(BTIT融合)重点专项等。以第一或通讯作者身份(含共同)在NatureNature CommunicationsJACSAngewJMC等著名杂志共发表SCI论文30余篇,授权发明专利6项;在教学方面,指导本科生获全国老员工生命科学创新创业大赛一等奖、全国老员工生命科学竞赛三等奖、浙江省生命科学竞赛二等奖、浙江省老员工科技创新活动计划(新苗人才计划)资助等。指导硕士研究生20余名,其中多人赴法国巴黎笛卡尔大学、华东师范大学等继续深造,2人获校优秀硕士论文。
